Tim Church

Tim is a Partner and Urban Designer at Boffa Miskell, based in their Tāhuna | Queenstown office. He is a founding member of the recently incorporated Urban Designers Institute Aotearoa and represents Te Waipounamu | South Island on the Urban Design Forum Aotearoa National Committee.

Spatial planning, masterplanning and social infrastructure projects are Tim’s strengths. He relishes the combination of technical leadership to achieve effective land use, built form and transport integration, alongside the soft skills of workshop facilitation and engagement processes, as part of managing long-term urban change.
