Sarah Edwards

Sarah is an experienced planner who has worked in district plan policy development, strategic planning, growth/land development and resource management matters for over 23 years. During her time with New Plymouth District Council, she was responsible for the review of the Operative District Plan and Proposed District Plan processes and oversaw the development of the draft Future Development Strategy for Ngāmotu New Plymouth. Through this work, Sarah fostered positive working relationships with tangata whenua and supported iwi led planning outcomes.

Sarah is now an Associate at Mitchell Daysh working on a number of plan change and growth related strategic planning processes throughout the country.
